Order Information.Our order form is hosted on a secure site where your private information is encrypted to keep it private. We take your privacy very seriously. We do not have a minimum order amount but please note our minimum shipping charge is $5.95 for U.S. orders ($10.00 for international orders). We ship to most countries in the world. (There is a minimum international shipping charge of $10.00 per order.) A list of the countries we ship to is displayed on the order form under "Country." International customers, when placing an order be sure to select "A Country Other Than U.S." or "Not Applicable" in the "State" section of the order form. When selecting the shipment method, be sure to select USPS International (USPS--United States Postal Service). Customers from Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Island, and all U.S. territories should select United States as the country. Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. (Shipping charges do not include customs fees.)
To Submit Your Order Electronically Simply use the "Add to Shopping Cart" button to add items. When you are ready to check out, click on the "Check Out" button in the left margin of any main Web page. To Submit Your Order By Fax 206-350-3274 (If submitting a question, when possible please e-mail to info@winbeckler.com. Faxes are usually not replied to as quickly and add to operating expenses.) You may fax your credit card order by printing out and filling in the order form and faxing it to (206) 350-3284. Use the web site to gather the item number for each item. When the item comes in more than one color/size, etc., be sure to note the item # for the color/size, etc. that you are wishing to purchase (not the product's main item #). To determine the shipping costs, add the items you would like to purchase to the shopping cart, begin the checkout process by filling in the required fields (be sure to use your real zip code so shipping charges can be figured correctly), click Continue. This area of the checkout process will tell you the shipping costs. If you will be faxing the order, do not finish the checkout process (do not fill in the credit card info and click Checkout). Add the shipping charges to the order form. Fax the completed order form to (206) 350-3284. To Submit Your Order By Postal Mail If you prefer to order by mail or want to pay by check or money
order, print out and fill
in the order form and
mail the completed form with your check or money order payable to
Winbeckler Enterprises. Use the web site to gather the item number for each

item # for the color/size, etc. that you are wishing to purchase (not the

to: To Submit Your Order By Our Automated Phone-Ordering System If at all possible, please place your or on the web site. There are so many errors in orders left on the automated phone system due to phone connections, difficult-to-understand addresses, omission or unclear item #'s and descriptions, omission or unclear phone numbers or e-mail addresses, etc. Because of these problems and the additional labor they require, there is a 10% surcharge for phone orders (except in the case of web site difficulties). We also cannot quickly locate phone orders if there is a question about the order. Web site orders are more secure, more accurate, and easier to track than any other form of ordering should there be a question regarding the order; however, if you are unable to place your order via our Web site ordering system, by fax, or by mail, you may use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card to place an order by phone by first printing out the order form, filling it in, then calling (530) 247-7046 (orders only) and following the automated phone instructions (this is NOT A Customer Service Number--Questions Cannot Be Answered or Messages Returned--E-mail all questions to info@winbeckler.com. Use the web site to gather the item number for each item. Before calling, have the following info ready to leave on the automated phone system: Your name (spelled letter by letter using A as in Apple,
B as in Boy, etc.) Credit Card # Questions Please e-mail all product, service, or order status questions to us at info@winbeckler.com. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please e-mail any cancellation request to info@winbeckler.com within 24 hours of submitting the order. Any cancellation requests after 24 hours of submitting the order cannot be honored because the order is too far into the fulfillment process. Payment Methods
For orders within the U.S., we accept the above
credit cards plus checks and money orders and PayPal. For international
orders, we accept the above credit cards and bank drafts or money
orders in U.S. funds. International orders may be held for payment method to
clear. Shipping InfoShipping/Order Processing Charges Our minimum shipping/order processing charge is $5.95 for U.S. orders or $10.00 for international orders. (This covers our minimum labor, packaging, shipping, and overhead expenses to process each order.) These charges are the minimum fee regardless of the shipping method selected or actually used (we reserve the right to ship by a method other than that selected--see below). Shipping charges for items you select will appear during the checkout process before finalizing the sale. You must fill in your shipping information, etc., before shipping charges can be figured. After reviewing the shipping charges, you may choose to discontinue the checkout process or click "Checkout" to proceed with the order. If you will be submitting your payment by fax or mail, see the instructions below on how to figure the shipping charges and determine the product item #'s. Shipping Method Because of the weight, value, shipping time, etc. of a package, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method, regardless of the shipping method selected during checkout. Ship-From Locations Most orders are shipped from the Redding, California area (zip 96002). Some products are drop shipped from manufacturers in Indiana, California, or New York. Ship Notification Customers whose orders are shipped UPS and for which we have a valid e-mail address will be sent an e-mail when the package ships. The e-mail will contain the UPS tracking number. You may use the link included in the e-mail to go to UPS' web site to determine when the package should arrive, etc. Orders that are shipped via the U.S. Post Office will not have a tracking number so notification cannot be sent. Shipping TimesMany items listed on several Web pages indicate "Products usually ship within 2-3 business days."; and these items will usually ship within 2-3 business days, provided no "3-4 week delivery items" (see below) are included in the order. They will be shipped either by U.S. mail or United Parcel Service, depending on weight of package and the destination. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order for these items. Quicker shipping is available for items that usually ship in 2-3 business days by selecting the 3-Business-Day, 2-Business-Day, or 1-Business Day (Business Days are Monday thru Friday) shipping option upon checkout for a higher shipping charge. If you order a combination of "2-3 business day shipment items" and "3-4 week delivery items," your order will arrive in approximately 3 weeks. If you would like the "2-3 day shipment items" shipped separate from "3-4 week delivery items," please place an order for those items separate from an order with any 3-4 week delivery items. Orders for any items that have an indication to "Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery." may take 3-4 weeks to arrive. These orders cannot be shipped by any method other than ground. We strive to keep our prices low, however, all posted prices are subject to change without notice. We do not back order out-of-stock merchandise. Return PolicyFood items, seasonal items (used predominately for a particular
season or holiday), books, videos, newsletters, and special orders cannot be returned. Other items
may be returned (except where a special return policy is noted with the item
information) within 14 days of shipment date, unused, and with
original packaging in tact (there must be no damage, writing, or shipping info
on product packaging--if the product packaging is a box, this box must be placed
inside another box for return shipping so the product remains suitable for
resale). There is a 20% restocking fee. If the order was direct shipped from one of our suppliers, you must contact customer service at info@winbeckler.com for the
order number before returning a direct-ship item. Shipping
charges to return the merchandise to us must be prepaid by you. Upon satisfactory return of the merchandise, your
credit card will be credited. Shipping charges (minimum of $5.95) will not be
refunded. This policy also applies to "refused" or "return to
sender" returns. For items damaged in transit and shipped either by UPS or insured mail, contact UPS or the post office to process a claim for the damaged item(s). You will need the shipping box available to give them the required shipping or insurance numbers. If the package was shipped uninsured mail, please contact customer service at info@winbeckler.com. Privacy PolicyWe do not share or distribute our customers' information with other parties for the purpose of advertising, marketing, etc. We will only use your information for the completion of your order (this may include providing your shipping information to a distributor who direct ships merchandise for us). If you choose to add your e-mail address to our mailing list during checkout, we may occasionally contact you regarding Winbeckler Enterprises' promotions. |
